About the play

This workshop offers a journey into yourself and others through theatrical play, allowing you to explore the art of performance on an instinctive level.

The primary goal is self-awareness and the development of expressive abilities, achieved through fundamental stage elements such as body language, voice, imagination, and interaction with space and others.

Play is the key to approaching acting—where the only real conflict is the one staged in performance. By reconnecting with our inner child, we can rediscover parts of ourselves that adulthood often makes us forget.

Workshop Program

 • Physical and vocal training, both individual and group (elements of stage movement, breathing exercises, voice control).

 • Theatrical games.

 • Exercises in imagination, perfor mance, improvisation, and physical and vocal expressiveness, aimed at interpretation and storytelling.

This course does not aim to provide an academic understanding of acting but rather an unconscious, liberating approach—allowing characters to speak through you.

The methods and theories used draw inspiration from classic figures like Stanislavsky, Artaud, and Commedia dell’Arte, while also integrating modern approaches. This allows participants of all levels and interests to engage in a collective journey of discovery through group learning.

The workshop also serves as an introduction to TeaterPi’s theatrical practice and working methods. Those interested may have the opportunity to join the group!
